The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at East Tennessee State University (ETSU) Quillen College of Medicine seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) physician to join our academic faculty. This opportunity represents a replacement position for a departing provider and offers the unique opportunity to become the region's leading specialist in urogynecology while helping shape the future of resident education and patient care.

- Robust surgical practice with access to advanced minimally invasive and reconstructive procedures
- Significant demand for pelvic floor, urinary incontinence, prolapse, and complex reconstructive services
- Advanced Practice Provider support in the office
- Active involvement in resident and medical student education
- Collaborative environment with experienced OB/GYN physicians, subspecialists, advanced practice providers, and regional health system partners
- Evaluation and management of:
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Urinary and fecal incontinence
- Overactive bladder
- Voiding dysfunction
- Vaginal and pelvic floor disorders
- Complex gynecologic reconstructive conditions
- Perform vaginal, laparoscopic, robotic, and open reconstructive procedures as appropriate
- Participate in academic teaching and mentoring activities
- Engage in departmental quality improvement and scholarly initiatives
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited OB/GYN residency
- Fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery
- Board-certified or board-eligible in FPMRS
- Eligibility for Tennessee medical licensure
