Non-Credit Instructors – Main Campus (Continuous Recruitment)
Richland Community College is currently seeking non‑credit instructors to teach a variety of topics at the Main Campus. Instructors will lead classes and provide individual instruction in areas such as:
- Math and Science (youth summer courses)
- Computer Basics (Microsoft Suite)
- Cell Phone Basics (iPhone and Android)
- Fitness
- Foreign Language
- Hobby/Crafts:
Painting, Sketching, Sewing, Knitting, etc.
Applications will be reviewed continuously until the positions are filled. This is a continuous recruitment (pool) posting; candidates may not be contacted until a need arises.
Responsibilities• Develop and deliver engaging instruction in the assigned subject area.
• Facilitate a classroom environment that promotes learning and interaction.
• Provide individualized attention and support to learners as needed.
QualificationsRequired:
- Proficiency in the subject area to be taught.
- Ability to facilitate classroom instruction and provide individual support.
Preferred:
- Experience teaching non‑credit courses, especially in the listed topics.
- Prior experience in curriculum development or lesson planning.
