- Lead additive manufacturing and advanced process development activities.
- Support industrial 3D printing and laser machining operations.
- Design and develop manufacturing fixtures and tooling solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and manufacturing assessments.
- Support NPI (New Product Introduction) activities and product launches.
- Drive process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
- Support make-vs-buy analysis and manufacturing strategy decisions.
- Participate in customer technical discussions related to manufacturing capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in additive manufacturing or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Hands-on experience with industrial 3D printing technologies.
- Strong background in manufacturing process development and optimization.
- Experience with fixturing, tooling, and manufacturing engineering support.
- Knowledge of NPI and regulated manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in medical device or orthopedic manufacturing.
- Metal additive manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience with laser machining technologies.
- Familiarity with FDA/ISO regulated environments.
- Experience supporting validation and quality processes.
