Entegris seeks a Lead, Applications Engineer for Silicon Carbide materials to drive development, validation, and introduction of graphite and SiC materials into wide bandgap processing. You will begin with crystal pulling and epitaxial growth, assessing grades and coatings for customer validation in their equipment.
