The Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler collaborates with the Director of Nursing, Nurse Leadership team, and Administration to facilitate quality care for the residents. This position is responsible for coordinating all Nursing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) schedules for each calendar month and finding replacements to meet all staffing guidelines and resident care needs. The Staffing Coordinator will provide daily and weekly reporting reflecting Nursing, Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) hours worked.
The Staffing Coordinator will assist with Nursing Department activities to include administrative support, assisting residents, families, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Scheduling and will be a Certified Medication Aide (CMA).
