The Associate Operations Support Analyst is an entry level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, and account maintenance – Core Team. Additionally, they serve as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day‑to‑day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities- Build and run reports such as Management Information Systems (MIS) or financial forecasts and results, as needed
- Research and interpret standard information and identify inconsistencies in data or results
- Assist in training team members on loan resources as well as provide testing assistance for production validation and host release
- Prepare basic presentations for management
- Support trouble ticket resolution and the training of new and borrowed testers
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge in creating and maintaining Quality Assurance documentation (test strategy & plan, test cases/scripts, defect reports/analysis, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with preferred experience with MS Excel
- It is a plus to have experience in Aspen, or other QA data repositories
- Understanding of QA values and principles
- Experience in Financial Services preferred
- Knowledge in Regulation Z and experience in an audit or QA role preferred
- Proven problem‑solving and negotiation skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $49,010.00 – $68,390.00
