RSM is seeking a Senior Service Now Administrator to join the DASH / Technical Operations Team. You will administer core ITSM modules, configure forms and workflows, and help maintain platform reliability, performance, and security.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, Service Now experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and with teams. CSA certification is required within 6 months; ITIL is preferred.
