i3 Verticals, LLC is seeking a Software Support Analyst I to provide frontline technical support for proprietary software to external clients from our Piney Flats, TN office. The role requires troubleshooting, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
Ideal candidates will have at least two years of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree or higher is preferred. Some travel may be required.
