Enterprise Business Analyst

• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration and support of HL7 standards
• Manage and maintain EHR and practice management systems for optimal and secure operation
• Gather and document business requirements for the EHR system with clinical, technical, program, administrative, and development stakeholders
• Provide ongoing EHR support, including updates, troubleshooting, data accuracy, and HIPAA-compliant security
• Resolve technical issues and enhance platform performance with developers and administrators
• Perform system updates, patches, and backups to maintain data integrity and reliability
• Provide end-user technical support and coordinate with vendor support teams
• Assist trainers with clinic staff training programs
• Analyze clinical workflows and processes to identify EHR optimization opportunities
• Generate and analyze reports for clinical and administrative decision-making
• Provide advanced Windows troubleshooting and support for software and cloud platforms
• Communicate with internal and external customers to understand issues and provide timely solutions
• Compose detailed JIRA tickets for developers and administrators
• Ensure IT systems and data security according to best practices and company policies
• Use REST APIs, Postman, and Swagger for testing and documentation
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent qualifying experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience supporting EHR and Practice Management systems in a medical clinic or similar healthcare setting
• Proven experience in system implementation, configuration, and support
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure and supporting software applications
• Proficiency with ticketing systems such as JIRA and Ivanti for issue tracking and ticket management
• Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems, including 5 years required
• Experience supporting EHR and Practice Management systems, including 3 years required
• Experience with cloud platforms and supporting software applications, including 3 years required
• Experience with JIRA and Ivanti, including 3 years required
• Proficiency in HL7 and IT security best practices preferred/highly desired
• Experience with networking, including installation, configuration, and management, preferred
• Understanding of IT security tools and protocols
• Experience with issue-tracking software
• Ability to work on-call or during off-hours as needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Advanced Windows troubleshooting and support knowledge
