The Neighborhood at Decatur, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking a Facilities Director to oversee maintenance, housekeeping, laundry, and security across the community. You will report to the Executive Director and lead a team to ensure safe, compliant, and comfortable living environments for residents.
You will manage maintenance schedules, monitor budgets, coordinate with contractors, and train staff on safety protocols, emergency response, and utility shut-offs.
