* We are seeking a detail-oriented  
** Manufacturing Operator
** to support the production of high-quality nickel titanium wire products used in precision applications. In this role, you will operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, complete production documentation, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and working in a quality-driven environment.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Set up production equipment according to process and product specifications

+ Load raw materials onto machines following work instructions and safety procedures

+ Operate various manufacturing equipment to process wire products

+ Monitor and maintain product dimensions and quality standards throughout production

+ Ensure product traceability throughout all stages of the manufacturing process

+ Identify and report non-conforming materials and follow quality procedures for containment

+ Accurately inspect, measure, test, and document production results

+ Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment

+ Maintain appropriate levels of process chemicals and production supplies

+ Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

+ Follow all quality system requirements, including complaint-handling procedures

** Qualifications*
* ** Required*
* + High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

+ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems

+ Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, and operating procedures

+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

+ Ability to use measuring, gauging, and testing instruments accurately

+ Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

+ Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment

** Preferred*
* + Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience

+ Technical degree (Associate's or Bachelor's degree) is a plus

** Pay Details:**  $17.25 per hour
