Pride Staff is supporting a leading manufacturing facility in the Nashville area to hire a Machine Operator Helper on a full-time, apprenticeship-track role. Shift is Monday through Friday from 6am to 2:30pm, offering hands-on training alongside experienced machinists.
You will assist with setup, cleaning, and preventive maintenance of lathes, grinders, and CNC equipment, load materials, keep a clean workstation, and perform basic quality checks while growing into a skilled trade.
