Weekend Registered Nurse; RN - Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining the highest standard of quality.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.
• Work 12‑hour shifts Saturday and Sunday, and be available for an additional weekday shift.

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current CPR certification.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
