Life Care Centers of America is seeking an LPN MDS Nurse to be responsible for completing and submitting accurate MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans in accordance with CMS regulations. The ideal candidate will hold an active LPN license and have at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics.
You will work collaboratively with direct care associates and ensure patient care documentation meets all regulatory standards while actively participating in ongoing compliance training.
