Lead the clinical team at our Johnson City facility as the Director of Nursing
, where your expertise will drive quality care and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee nursing staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and champion a resident-centered culture that supports both staff and patients.
- Manage and mentor nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop and implement nursing policies and quality improvement programs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, and ongoing staff training
- Active Tennessee RN license required
- Minimum 3 years of nursing leadership experience in long-term care
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and nursing best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
