• Part-Time

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• 12-Hour Shifts

• Every Other Weekend Rotation

• Flexible Scheduling

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will work alongside our nursing team to provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Assist RNs and LPNs with services necessary to meet residents’ individual care needs

• Help ensure the personal needs, safety, dignity, and comfort of residents

• Assist with repositioning, transfers, and mobility as needed

• Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team

• Build positive and respectful relationships with residents and families

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and infection-control guidelines

• Work collaboratively with nurses, CNAs, and other members of the care team

• Current CNA Certification in the State of Tennessee

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train
