• Operate the cash register with speed and accuracy.
• Assist customers with menu selections, confidently answering questions.
• Process orders swiftly and correctly, keeping up with the midday pace.
• Prepare beverages and other items as needed.
• Keep the counter and dining area clean and inviting.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide quick problem resolution and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to Dunkin' Donuts' standards in service and product quality.
• Upsell and promote items and promotions where appropriate.
• Follow all procedures related to cash handling, cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety.
• Other duties as assigned; willingness to work midday/second shift; be fluent in English; basic math skills; be a team player.

• Age at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Tech proficiency with basic computer and POS system usage.
• Background check: must pass drug test and criminal background check.
• Previous experience not required; willingness to learn and be part of the team.
• Strong communication skills; able to work midday/second shift.
