Who We Are:YES Contracting Services is expanding fast, and we’re looking for someone who brings energy, strong communication, and a results-driven mindset to our team. This isn’t a cold-calling role — you’ll be working with homeowners who already met with our sales team and received an estimate. Your job is to keep the momentum moving, strengthen relationships, and help guide customers toward confident decisions.

Compensation:$37,000 – $45,000 base + performance bonuses. Full-time, in-office position with growth opportunities as the company scales.
