Outside Sales Representatives to help homeowners take control of their power needs.

• Represent Hometown during in-home consultations with residential customers.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of standby power and assess their needs to recommend the best solution.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals that lead to closed deals.
• Work closely with our support teams to ensure seamless installation and customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to a positive team culture.

• 2+ years of successful in-home sales experience(home improvement or home services sales preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A positive attitude and a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.

Hometown Plumbing has been wonderful! Megan is always very responsive and helpful and Jimmy, Will, Tommy and the rest of the team have always gone above and beyond! They come right out, access the situation, give a quote, and then pretty quickly get to work. They are the most reasonably priced plumbers I've seen. They do a great job and even seed and straw when they're finished!
