Johnson City Acura is looking for a high-energy Service BDC Representative who knows how to pick up the phone, connect with customers, and SET APPOINTMENTS.

We aren't looking for someone who wants to sit around and wait for the phone to ring.

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential service customers
• Answer inbound service inquiries
• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Follow up on declined services and missed appointments
• Work service campaigns, recalls, and customer retention lists
• Communicate through phone, text, and email
• Keep the service drive FULL
• Follow up, follow up, and FOLLOW UP
• Track your performance and compete to beat your goals
