Mitigate and reduce losses through deterrence of external theft and execution of key operational programs;
Model customer engagement behaviors to detect and deter shoplifters and provide service to all customers;
Complete incident reports in LPMS for all recoveries, shoplifting events, and grab & go activity;
Follows-up with local authorities for after the fact external case resolution and prosecution;
Conducts MES sweeps, fitting room checks and safety standards when athlete traffic is slow
