Security Officer Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout common areas, storefront corridors, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate site representatives;
Support closing, opening, and after-hours routines as assigned, including checking designated areas and assisting with customer-facing security-related presence throughout the location
