Qualifications: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions; knowledge of basic construction and routine maintenance and repair procedures; ability to operate hand and powers tools; ability to work independently; experience preferred.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: perform general maintenance and repair of district facilities, including repairing woodwork, repairing electrical switches, fixtures, and motors; painting; repairing/replacing plumbing fixtures; HVAC preventative maintenance, including filter changes. Assist with mowing and detailing grounds; operate equipment and tools following safety procedures.
