Job Title:

Auto Glass Technician

Glass America, part of the Boyd Group, is looking for experienced Auto Glass Technicians to install and repair windshields and other glass in motor vehicles. The position is full‑time (30 or more hours per week) and requires on‑site or mobile service.

• Install auto glass and other glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis.
• Use proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and high‑quality service.
• Load glass onto truck, ensuring all equipment operates properly.
• Complete and submit required paperwork to the appropriate person or location.
• Follow up with the Glass Manager on any installation problems and report accidents or incidents immediately.
• Maintain a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain quality control.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 4‑6 years of related work experience required.

• Valid driver’s license and minimum age 18.
• Ability to stand for long periods, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl during installations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle glass safely.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate hand and power tools and equipment.
