Skilled Laborer / Carpenter – Rainbow Restoration (Resi Com Services)
LocationTri‑Cities, TN – serving Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Jonesborough, Elizabethton, Piney Flats & more
OverviewRainbow Restoration is a trusted company in the Tri‑Cities region offering residential and commercial carpentry, remodeling, restoration, and construction services. We are hiring skilled laborers and carpenters who want more than just a job – they want a team, purpose, and a place where their work changes lives.
Responsibilities- Carpentry, framing, drywall, trim and finish work
- Light to moderate demolition
- Water, fire, smoke and mold restoration tasks
- Use of hand tools, power tools and specialized equipment
- Read blueprints, take direction and work independently
- Support superintendents, project managers and fellow craftsmen
- Maintain safe, clean and organized jobsites
- Deliver professional, high‑quality work clients can trust
- Respectful and takes pride in treating people and property well
- Honest, punctual and dependable
- Loyal, committed and team‑focused
- Passionate about quality craftsmanship
- Positive, energetic and solutions‑driven
- Hungry to grow and take on new skills
- Adaptable, especially in fast‑paced environments
- Prior experience as a Skilled Laborer or Carpenter (preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints & follow direction
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and materials
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces/heights
- Valid driver’s license preferred
