We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Customer Care Representative (CCR) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping people. If you’re organized, personable, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with dispatch
Make outbound calls for appointment confirmations and follow-ups
Maintain accurate customer records in our system
Resolve customer concerns or escalate when necessary
Support the service, plumbing, and electrical teams with administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year of customer service experience (call center or home services experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning new systems
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Hometown Plumbing has been wonderful! Megan is always very responsive and helpful and Jimmy, Will, Tommy and the rest of the team have always gone above and beyond! They come right out, access the situation, give a quote, and then pretty quickly get to work. They are the most reasonably priced plumbers I ve seen. They do a great job and even seed and straw when they re finished!
