• Diagnose & Repair: Use your expertise to troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Routine Maintenance: Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
• Communicate Clearly: Share your findings and repair options with homeowners in an approachable manner.
• Document Work: Keep detailed records of service work and recommendations.
• Collaborate: Work alongside our installation, plumbing, and electrical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Experience: 2+ years of HVAC service experience is a must.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities and a knack for customer service.
• Certification: EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
