Farris Ford in Morristown, TN is hiring experienced Automotive Technicians and looking to add strong technicians from the Johnson City and Tri-Cities area to our team.

Qualifying technicians can receive an established guaranteed rate of up to $45 per hour with up to a 40-hour weekly guarantee.

Qualifying flagged hours above 40 are paid at DOUBLE your established guaranteed hourly rate.

At a $45 per hour established rate, that's $90 per hour on qualifying flagged hours above 40. Compensation based on your experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, and proven skill level.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
• Perform maintenance, warranty, and customer-pay repairs
• Complete repairs according to manufacturer and dealership standards
• Accurately document repairs and recommendations
• Deliver quality work efficiently and consistently

• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Current or previous manufacturer certification, ASE certification, or comparable advanced technical qualifications
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Experience handling complex mechanical and electrical repairs
• Ability to perform quality work efficiently and consistently
• A technician who takes pride in their skill and wants compensation that recognizes it

Ford, Lincoln, Ford Senior Master, or other Ford manufacturer training and experience is highly valued.

Coming from another manufacturer? Experienced technicians with strong diagnostic and repair skills are encouraged to apply.
