Licensed Clinician – Telehealth & Face‑to‑Face Sessions

Thriveworks is a clinician‑founded national private practice group located in 48 states, currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face‑to‑face sessions in Johnson City, Tennessee.

• Fully and independently licensed as an LCSW in Tennessee.
• Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will practice.

Up to $105,400 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities.

• Individuals willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
• A true partnership and collaborative mindset.
• Behavioral Health Generalists open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
• Candidates interested in growth into leadership roles or supervisory positions.
• Self‑guided determination to complete notes within 24 hours.
• Strong character traits including integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
