Volunteers of America Mid-States seeks a full-time SSVF Housing Case Manager to assist Veterans in ending homelessness and securing housing stability. You will build relationships with landlords, coordinate support services, and advocate for Veterans’ housing needs within a trauma-informed framework.
Responsibilities include partnering with community agencies, navigating HUD-VASH/Section 8, developing individualized housing plans, and maintaining HMIS documentation. Travel up to 70% is required.
