*** The Fulfillment Center Team Lead supports HSN, and Support operations by coordinating daily workflows and assisting the Area Manager with job assignments.

*** Assist the Area Manager in coordinating daily/weekly job assignments and workflow adjustments.
* Monitor team performance, providing feedback to improve productivity, quality, and safety.
* Support training projects and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace.
* You will report to the Outbound Area Manager

*** High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree.
* At least 2 years of leadership experience in a team‐oriented environment
