Vylor is seeking an early-career professional to join the Seed Operations Development Program (SODP) as a S
eed Operations Training Analyst
. SODP combines a full-time role with structured development, broad business exposure, project ownership, and targeted experiences across Global Seed Operations.

During this approximately two-year development assignment, you will support the Talent Enrichment team by creating technical learning resources, helping implement and sustain global training initiatives, contributing to early-talent and program activities, and building an end-to-end understanding of seed operations. The role is based in Johnston, Iowa, with anticipated start dates in January 2027 and/or June 2027.

What You Will Do
  • Training-content development:
    Partner with subject-matter experts to assess learning needs and create clear, accurate, and engaging technical training materials, presentations, job aids, and other learning resources.
  • Training implementation and sustainment:
    Support the launch, communication, delivery, tracking, and continued improvement of global training programs and learning initiatives.
  • Learning measurement:
    Gather feedback and analyze participation, completion, and effectiveness data to identify gaps and recommend improvements to training content and delivery.
  • Project and stakeholder coordination:
    Coordinate with employees, managers, technical experts, and global partners to maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Talent-program support:
    Support selected Talent Enrichment activities, which may include early-career programming, candidate engagement, recruiting events, onboarding, and development-program initiatives.
  • Business exposure:
    Participate in structured interfaces, projects, and development experiences across Global Seed Operations to understand how production, supply chain, quality, engineering, safety, and other functions work together.
  • Project ownership:
    Own assigned improvement projects, communicate progress and risks, and present findings or recommendations to business and program leaders.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree completed by the position start date in agricultural education, agronomy, agricultural business, agricultural communications, business administration, organizational development, or a related field
  • Zero to two years of professional, internship, academic, or project experience creating presentations, training materials, educational content, communications, or related resources
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong organization, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and project-management skills
  • Ability to collaborate across functions, build trusted relationships, and influence work without direct authority
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams
  • Willingness to learn the seed-production business and work with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
Preferred
  • Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, learning-management systems, content-authoring tools, or other digital learning platforms
  • Experience supporting training delivery, facilitation, onboarding, recruiting, university relations, or employee-development programs
