What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support providers and customers by delivering clear, accurate, and friendly service. Daily responsibilities include:

  • Answer inbound calls from providers regarding member eligibility and claim status
  • Work in a call center environment handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Respond to standard and complex inquiries about products, services, coverage, and policies via phone or email
  • Research customer questions, follow up via email or outbound calls, and ensure complete resolutions
  • Troubleshoot basic website issues and guide customers through online tools
  • Assist customers with payments, billing questions, policy changes, coverage explanations, and rate changes
  • Provide professional written or verbal responses using available resources and reference materials
  • Request additional or missing information from customers when needed
  • Document all interactions and elevate issues to appropriate teams when necessary
  • Support questions related to L&H or P&C insurance policies
  • Work a consistent, scheduled shift with reliability and flexibility
What You Bring

We’re looking for team members who are:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong communicators who can simplify complex information
  • Comfortable navigating computer systems and solving problems
  • Patient, professional, and confident in handling a variety of customer needs
Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Urbandale, IA. The position is a fully onsite role.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.31 - $17.31/hr.
