** Now Hiring a Body Shop Customer Service Representative (CSR)!

* Schedule:

Mon-Friday 8 am – 5 pm
**** Responsibilities**:
* Maintain positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
* Communicating with customers through various channels.
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
* Other duties as assigned.
** Requirements**:
* Ability to stay calm in stressful/emotional situations.
* Comfortable using computers.
* Excellent verbal, phone, written and email communication skills.
* Experience working with customer support.
* At least 18 years of age.
* Valid license in state of residence.

The (Hourly / Salary) Wage Range for this position is $16.00-$20.00

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
