- First shift hours with assigned rotating weekend shift (either Saturday or Sunday)
- Deliver front-line support for product inquiries, issues, and customer concerns
- Engage customers across social media, email, and web channels, ensuring accurate documentation
- Monitor social platforms, respond to requests, and review content for quality and brand accuracy
- Prior work history using social media in a business/professional setting
- 6 months or more of customer service and support experience
- Experience with consumer software applications
- Preferred bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, communications, marketing, or related field
