QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Educational Administration or Curriculum and Instruction
• Valid Iowa Professional Administrator License
• Demonstrated experience managing daily school and/or school district operations
• Capacity to step into a new school culture and sustain stable operations
• Strong interpersonal skills
