This full-time, on-site Project Engineer role is located in Johnston, IA. The Project Engineer will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and execution. Daily tasks include overseeing project schedules, managing resources, collaborating with teams, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. In addition, the role requires coordinating with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to meet project goals effectively.

• Proficiency in Project Engineering, Project Management, and Project Planning
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with clients, engineers, and team members effectively
• Experience and knowledge in Electrical Engineering
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and independently as needed
• Familiarity with construction safety regulations and standards is a plus
• Proficiency with project management software is desirable
