Patient Care Coordinator

Description

• Answers the telephone and disburses calls in a friendly, prompt and professional manner.
• Conveys messages accurately and appropriately.
• Coordinates Patient, Medical, and Insurance records in a timely manner to ensure prompt delivery and payment for medical equipment and supplies.
• Enters orders accurately and according to defined policies.
• Handles routine Patient questions as they arise and forwards questions requiring research to the appropriate staff.
• Pursues activities with focus and drive, defines work in terms of success, and can be counted on to complete goals.
• Adherence to standards of business conduct and compliance.

Contract to Hire position based out of Johnston, IA.

Pay range: $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
