Position: Certified Aide in Training (Hospitality Assistant)

We are seeking compassionate, dependable clinical professionals to join our Flexible Staffing Pool as a CNA in Training. Flex Care team members support multiple Wesley Life communities by stepping into open shifts - including days, evenings, nights, and weekends - wherever coverage is needed most.

As part of our internal clinical team, Flex Care professionals serve across multiple communities, providing licensed, high-quality care while enjoying the flexibility to build a schedule that fits their life.

* Premium hourly pay (higher than standard PRN roles)

* Holiday Pay (when eligible)

* Opportunities for incentive/stat pay on urgent shifts

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

* Provide high‑quality, person‑centered clinical care in alignment with individualized care plans.

* Support multiple communities by traveling to Wesley Life locations based on current staffing needs.

* Assist teams during periods of increased demand, including staff shortages, vacations, and higher‑acuity situations.

* Maintain compliance with all Wesley Life policies, as well as state and federal care standards.

* Complete documentation accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.

* Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and professionalism in every care environment.

Requirements

* Obtain CNA license while being trained/sponsored by Wesley Life

* Work a minimum 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available

* Reliable transportation is required to support travel between Wesley Life communities as needed
