This role is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and presenting the hotel’s complimentary breakfast while creating a welcoming and positive guest experience each morning. The Breakfast Attendant plays an important role in ensuring guests start their day with excellent service, a clean dining area, and a well-stocked breakfast presentation.

Job Responsibilities Breakfast Service- Prepare and set up the breakfast area according to hotel standards
- Ensure all food and beverage items are fresh, stocked, and properly presented
- Monitor breakfast service throughout the shift and replenish items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area during service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions and requests
- Help create a positive dining experience for all guests
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Clean and sanitize tables, counters, serving areas, and kitchen equipment
- Wash dishes and utensils as needed
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of the breakfast and back-of-house areas
- Properly store food and supplies following hotel procedures
- Notify management of low inventory or supply needs
- Assist with receiving and organizing breakfast deliveries
- Support other departments when needed to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow daily checklists and operational procedures Qualifications
- Previous food service, restaurant, or hotel experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
