- Strategic HR Leadership:
Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals, succession planning, and cross-functional collaboration while fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement. - Compensation & Benefits Strategy:
Design and optimize competitive total rewards programs, ensuring legal compliance, industry benchmarking, and cost-effective benefits that attract and retain top talent. - Technology & HR Systems Innovation:
Lead digital transformation through HRIS and payroll system enhancements, leveraging AI and analytics for improved decision-making, integration, and data security. - Employee Experience & Engagement:
Cultivate a culture of recognition, inclusivity, and well-being through lifecycle management, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives that support work-life balance. - Performance & Talent Development:
Drive performance management frameworks aligned with organizational goals, while promoting leadership development, career growth, and capability-building programs. - Data-Driven HR Strategy:
Implement workforce analytics and reporting systems to inform strategic decisions, track key HR metrics, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior HR role. Healthcare experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in compensation strategy, HR systems transformation, employee engagement, and data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits compliance, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and change management skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
