What’s a typical day as a Technical Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:
Providing high-quality technical support to dealers and customers via phone, email, and chat
Documenting and managing support cases while delivering solutions for over 80 agriculture technology products
Troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical guidance
Collaborating with a team and reporting to the Support Team Lead
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a strong customer service background and a passion for helping others
Possess excellent troubleshooting skills with consumer technology and data management experience
Hold a relevant degree preferred; if not, a technical certification is required
Are tech-savvy and eager to work with a wide range of technology products
Can work flexible shifts between 7am and 7pm, Monday through Friday, and are available onsite in Johnston, IA
