  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical EHS&S Technical Writer to develop and maintain Environment, Health, Safety & Security standards and documentation.
  • This role requires strong collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs), exceptional writing and organizational skills, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly content.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain EHS&S standards, policies, procedures, job aids, skill checks, and self-assessments
  • Ensure consistency by creating and following established style guides
  • Collaborate with SMEs to gather, analyze, and accurately present technical information
  • Review, edit, and proofread content for clarity, consistency, and accuracy
  • Maintain and organize document libraries and tracking systems
  • Create simple process descriptions, workflows, and flow diagrams
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
  • BS/BA in English, Communications, Business Administration, Technical Writing, or equivalent experience (preferred)
  • 1-2+ years of experience developing manuals, guides, or instructional content for professional audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between $23.00 - 25.00 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
