Farmer Mac is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to architect, evolve, and scale our Salesforce platform to support product lifecycle and customer engagement. This hands-on role requires 8+ years of Salesforce experience and proven leadership skills. Work can be remote or based in Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities include leading the modernization of Salesforce architecture, defining the technical architecture, and mentoring development teams. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is required, with a Master's preferred. Certifications in Salesforce are strongly encouraged.
