Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a large-scale $80 million industrial project located in Marshalltown, Iowa. This is a key opportunity to lead a complex project from start to finish with a company headquartered in Johnston, Iowa.

• Oversee all phases of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and execution.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and client communications.
• Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact project scope, schedule, or budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of progressive construction management experience, with at least 3 years in a Project Manager role.
• Proven track record managing industrial, heavy civil, or large-scale infrastructure projects

• Strong knowledge of project scheduling software (P6, MS Project) and construction management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage large budgets and complex scopes of work.
