About

the Role

Premier Credit Union is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist with strong Hub Spot expertise to serve as the technical and analytical engine behind our marketing team. You'll play a central role in growing our lead generation efforts, using audience segmentation and analytics to personalize experiences and drive conversions, and ensuring qualified leads are handed off cleanly to our sales team. If you enjoy the mix of hands-on platform work, performance marketing, and clear data-driven storytelling, this role offers real visibility into how Premier makes decisions at every level.
