We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team in our inpatient Pediatric Complex Medical program in Iowa.

• Weekend package position:
  Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6pm–6:30am
• Benefit eligible: medical, dental, vision, retirement with company match, generous PTO accrual including 16 front‑loaded hours

• Deliver nursing care based on the nursing process, scope of practice, physician orders, and care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete records per nursing standards and Child Serve policies.
• Communicate effectively, respectfully, and professionally with residents, physicians, families, school personnel, staff, and others to assure assigned child’s care needs are assessed, communicated, and met.
• Provide training to patients, families, and staff to advance the skills and knowledge associated with a child’s care delivery.
• Demonstrate stewardship of Child Serve equipment, supplies, and environment.

• Current valid license as a Registered Nurse in Iowa.
• Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs, be mobile within clinic areas, frequently bend, lift, reach, and stand.
• Ability to communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking English.
