Child Serve in Johnston, IA is seeking an RN or LPN to join our Inpatient Complex Medical program, providing around-the-clock care in a warm, family-centered environment for youths aged 15–30 with complex medical needs.
This part-time role offers 2 shifts per week (6pm–6:30am) with every 3rd weekend, requiring Iowa licensure, current BLS, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs. You’ll document care, follow physician orders, and support training for families and staff.
