Research Associate, Research Scientist, Research Assistant​/Associate

Our client, a leader in biotechnology research and production, is seeking a Research Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate scientific skill, physical capability, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced laboratory environment, contributing to high-quality culture media preparation for innovative research and production processes.

** What's the Job?*
* + Prepare plant tissue culture media following established protocols

+ Adjust formulations and troubleshoot with scientific teams

+ Track and prioritize media requests using lab systems

+ Maintain and clean lab equipment regularly

+ Manage chemical inventory and ensure safety compliance

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology, agronomy, chemistry, or related field

+ Strong foundation in chemistry, math, and biology

+

Experience with aseptic techniques and standard lab practices

+ Ability to multitask and work independently

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills
