Position: Inside/Outside Research Worker
Our client, an industry leader in agricultural research, is seeking a Inside/Outside Research Worker to join their team. As a Inside/Outside Research Worker, you will be part of the R&D department supporting field and greenhouse research activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Execute precise tissue sampling for molecular analysis following strict protocols

+ Utilize handheld devices or manual tools to record agronomic data in field settings

+ Capture plant growth and development data through greenhouse phenotyping imaging and data collection

+ Accurately enter data using mobile tablets and maintain organized lab and field notebooks

+ Adhere to all safety and stewardship guidelines, including environmental, health, and safety standards

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma required;
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Plant Biology, Genetics, or related field preferred

+ Prior experience in greenhouse, farm, or research laboratory environments is a plus

+ Ability to follow detailed protocols and maintain accuracy in data collection

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

+ Willingness to adhere to safety and stewardship standards
